togetherTV is a joint project between Trócaire, the European Commission and Christian Aid Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Christian Aid, registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.

What information does togetherTV collect?
When you join togetherTV, we take your details to administer your account, such as your name and email address.

Who has access to this information?
We do not divulge any personal information to any other organisations, except where togetherTV employs agents to carry out any particular instructions you give us, or where under law we are obliged to do so.

togetherTV maintains a separate database from its funding partners. Your details will only be passed to togetherTV's funding partners where you indicate you wish to receive information from them.

What does togetherTV use this information for?
To send you notifications of new content on the site, ie. when we update our site with new videos, every two months.

To deliver other services that you have opted-in to receive, such as email newsletters.

To provide statistics that enable us to monitor the audience that togetherTV is reaching, and improve our promotional and marketing activity.

Do I have access to the information?
You have the right to know what information we store about you. You may view and amend your details online here.

Does togetherTV send unsolicited e-mails?
No. We have a policy of only sending e-mails to people who have requested them - and have given their consent - or in the course of providing a service that they have requested.

Can I stop receiving information from togetherTV?
Yes, except for essential service announcements, we provide an unsubscribe option on all communications sent out.
